Staying at Xaha Villas was fantastic. The staff, especially Gerardo, made our experience feel personalized. The peaceful environment added to the charm. The pool area was cute, and overall cleanliness stood out. However, finding the place was challenging. The signage was poor, and we struggled for over an hour to locate the entrance. Accessing the building needed improvement, as we were left waiting for check-in. Once inside, everything turned around—our Presidential Suite was well-appointed, but we faced a language barrier at check-in. Overall, the service was exceptional, especially the daily room cleaning that kept everything fresh.

I enjoyed five nights in a Presidential Suite, and it was simply superb! Excellent cleaning and fresh towels daily made it perfect. The location allowed for delightful drinks and private dining nearby. The spacious shower and tub were particularly luxurious—definitely a place to revisit!

Family with children paradise

One night at this place was very nice! Gerardo was a lifesaver even on his day off, helped us with everything we needed, just an A++ experience! And the pool? So cute! We loved it!

Breakfasts prepared by the daily chef were a highlight, especially the delicious steaks. However, the signage around the property was insufficient, making navigation tricky, and the check-in process could use some improvement for clarity. While the tranquility was a plus, a few activities for families in the pool area would enhance the experience.

This was just an optimal selection for spending a night in Chacalal with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home. Bring cash for the deposit, as they only accept cash and no card alternatives.
